Supporting Royal Life Saving Clubs Across Queensland

Life Saving Support Services Inc provides support to Royal Life Saving affiliated clubs that play an important role in their local communities.

Our current affiliated clubs are located across South East Queensland and the Whitsunday region. Each club has its own history, membership and community focus, while sharing a commitment to lifesaving, water safety, volunteering and the prevention of drowning.


Ithaca–Caloundra City Life Saving Club Inc

Caloundra, Sunshine Coast

Ithaca–Caloundra City Life Saving Club is a Royal Life Saving affiliated club based on the Sunshine Coast.

The club provides opportunities for members and volunteers to develop lifesaving and water safety skills, participate in aquatic activities and contribute to the safety and wellbeing of their community.

Ithaca–Caloundra City Life Saving Club was the first club to affiliate with Life Saving Support Services when the organisation was established, and has remained an important part of the organisation’s work.


Neptune Royal Life Saving Club

Tallebudgera Creek, Gold Coast

Neptune Royal Life Saving Club is a long-standing Royal Life Saving affiliated club serving members and the wider Gold Coast community.

The club provides opportunities for people to develop lifesaving skills, participate in aquatic activities, volunteer and contribute to safer aquatic environments.

Life Saving Support Services provides support to Neptune Royal Life Saving Club as part of its commitment to strengthening the capacity of affiliated Royal Life Saving clubs.

Airlie Beach Lifeguard Club is a Royal Life Saving affiliated club located in the Whitsunday region of Queensland.

The club provides opportunities for members and volunteers to develop lifesaving and water safety skills and contribute to the safety of their local aquatic community.

Life Saving Support Services exists to help Royal Life Saving affiliated clubs build their capacity, support their volunteers and continue their important work in drowning prevention, lifesaving and water safety.

Through fundraising, donations and the responsible management of funds, we seek to provide practical and financial support to the clubs we serve.
